Why can’t I register? 

Having trouble registering? Here are a few things you can check:

• Do you already have an account? Only one account per player is allowed. Feel free to contact us via E-Mail if you need assistance.
• Are you of legal gambling age? If you’re under 18, you cannot register an account
• Do you live outside Germany?  If your residence is outside Germany, registration is not possible.
