You no longer have access to your email address or can’t remember which one you used during registration? No worries – here’s what to do:

Email us from your new email address. Please include the following information:
- A photo of the front and back of your valid ID document (e.g. national ID card, temporary ID, residence permit, or passport)
- Your username (if known)
- A request to update the email address linked to your account
❗ Important: Each email address can only be used once on Tipico. If you receive an error message, please try a different email address.

You’ll receive a link to confirm your new email address.
