What happens if I leave the chat?

If you close the chat or leave the Tipico app, the chat bubble will disappear and the conversation will end.
But no worries – your chat history won’t be lost.

Here’s how it works in the app:

• If you leave the chat, the current conversation is paused.
• When you start a new chat later, you’ll automatically be reconnected to your previous conversation.
• You can pick up right where you left off.

Important for browser users:

In the browser, the chat bubble stays visible – even if you briefly leave the page or refresh it.
You can continue chatting anytime, as long as the page remains open.

💡 Tip: If you know you’ll need to step away, bookmark the page or reopen it later to jump back in.
